The Safe Operation of Ruben Parra Studio During COVID

At Ruben Parra Studio we want you and your family to be safe while continuing to capture those emotional moments of an event or that occur in day to day life. For this reason, we inform you of the measures we are taking to safeguard our customers and adapt to the new daily norms. 

In this guide you will find everything you need to know to stay safe while you have a photoshoot of any kind. RPS will continue to conduct sessions with our characteristic quality and professionalism, while minimizing risk, as we carefully manage each variable to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Feel confident that at RPS we are taking every possible precaution. We constantly monitor updates via official sources, acquire the necessary protection and cleaning equipment, read documents from health organizations and abide by the government mandates.

Ruben Parra Studio’s highest priority is the safety and health of everyone who works with, or in, our business. We have reviewed the guidelines as set forth by WHO, and have come up with the following updates to our protocols to help prevent the spread of illness to you or our staff while conducting business. We believe that by following the guidelines below, we can continue to serve our clients as safely as possible.

 

Here are the guidelines Ruben Parra Studio has put in place to help prevent the spread of illness:

  • Washing hands regularly before and after photo sessions

  • Cleaning of all props, chairs, and benches that a client may come into contact with

  • Disinfection of restroom/dressing facilities (if available) to clients in studio

  • Disinfection of common areas, including door knobs (interior and exterior), counter tops, pens and pencils, tablets and monitors

  • Removal of unnecessary paper products or décor (magazines, newspapers, extraneous sales materials)

  • Photographer wears gloves and mask

  • Disinfection of all photography equipment

  • Maintain social distance of at least 6 feet, or 2 meters, at all times

  • Sessions are held in places with good ventilation

  • Sessions can be rescheduled for free, due to any unexpected situations that may occur

  • Policies on distancing, contact.

  • We are limiting the number of clients we work with each day/week.

  •  We offer the ability to pay online in advance

 

In addition, we are requiring all clients to comply with the following guidelines:

 Please let us know in advance:

  • If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or had contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 30 days.

  • If you have been in any large gatherings above a certain number of people within the last 14 days

  • If you have shown any symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 14 days

  • If you have travelled to any specific locations that have an above average number of Covid-19 cases in the last 14 days

  • If you’ve been out in public without a mask in the last 14 days

  • If you have any reason to believe you may have had contact with Covid-19 in some way in the last 14 days, despite not showing any symptoms as of yet

    How can you plan a safe photoshoot?

1.   The most important thing you should know is that we will use technology to guarantee effective communication and planning. You will be able to tell us everything you have in mind so that the photography is personalized with the results you imagine. We can easily be reached by phone, Whatsapp or email.

2.   While previously all appointments were scheduled in the studio, you can take advantage of the latest technology and schedule your meeting via Zoom or Skype. This way, we stay safe, lines of communication are open, and we can guarantee excellent service.

3.   At RPS, we also give you options of photoshoot locations to keep everyone safe, as well as different tips and guidelines. Our most important objective is that you enjoy your session, while taking care of your most valuable commodity; your health.
